Travel is mostly logistics pretending to be freedom
The most experienced travelers I know all end up obsessing over the same boring things: backup cards, offline maps, and passport copies hidden in weird places.
Taking photos on my phone is starting to feel like I'm just collecting evidence I went somewhere. At the same time, I'm not sure I'd want to travel with another piece of tech.
Travel Tip
Pickpocketing isn’t about bad luck. It happens in bottlenecks — train stations, busy intersections, anywhere people bunch up and stop paying attention. If you know when you’re vulnerable, it’s much easier to avoid it.
