Travel is mostly logistics pretending to be freedom
Here's something worth watching: Europe's shoulder seasons are becoming the new peak season. If you can handle the heat, or simply sightsee early and slow down in the afternoon, you may find July and August aren't quite as crowded as they used to be.
I'm a serial screenshotter when I travel, but this was a good reminder that convenience comes with a trade-off. Keeping important information handy is smart, just think twice about what you're storing, and whether someone else could access it if your phone disappeared.
AI can build you a travel itinerary in seconds. Whether it'll build you a good one is another question. This article does a great job of explaining what AI is good at, where it falls short, and when you should ignore it completely.
Travel Tip
Here's an interesting way to daydream about travel. Instead of picking a destination first, start with your departure airport. FlightConnections shows every direct flight you can take, making it easy to spot places you never would've searched for. Surprisingly addictive once you start clicking around.
