Airplanes are full of rules, routines, and small mysteries nobody explains until you're already in seat 23A.
Set up your little corner of the plane properly
Choose a seat that matches how you hope to spend the flight. Keep what you need close, and put everything else away before you settle in. Wipe down the surfaces if you want to, loosen anything restrictive, and get comfortable while you still have room to move.

Remember that comfort is a group project
Overhead bins, aisles, armrests, and the deplaning queue all work better when nobody acts like they own the place. Store bags thoughtfully, tackle minor annoyances calmly, and accept that some inconveniences are simply part of sharing a small space with a lot of humans.

Let the crew handle the real problems
If someone drops a phone between the seats, there’s a medical issue, or things get unsafe, call a flight attendant. Don’t try to be a hero. Same goes for things like airplane mode. Even if you don’t get the reason, just do what they ask. Following the crew’s direction is part of keeping the cabin safe.

What you do on board the plane can make a difference to how you feel after landing
What you eat, drink, watch and how much you sleep can all influence whether you arrive reasonably functional or feeling like your body missed the connection. There's no magic fix for jetlag, but making good choices gives you a better chance to hit the ground running when you land.
